Q: [FAQ Question]     What do you need to do to start a new project with Litecom?
A: [FAQ Answer]        First of all, contact us by email or phone to start the conversation. In that first initial contact you can explain what you require, a sound system, a lighting system, or both. Based on the information you supply we can set an appointment to meet at our office or at the location of your project to see on-site options.


Q: [FAQ Question]    Do you visit on-site location?
A: [FAQ Answer]        Yes, Litecom will always visit the on-site location for a good survey to see if your project is possible and to get a good idea how to do it. If the location still has to be build, you can supply us with drawings, including measurements. These drawing can be on paper, or better in Digital DWG or DXF format.


Q: [FAQ Question]    What is included in a price quotation?
A: [FAQ Answer]        Unless otherwise specfified, everything of the project which is stated in a project document is included from start to finish in all our systems we install, either temporary or permanent.


Q: [FAQ Question]    What about warranties?
A: [FAQ Answer]        Unless otherwise specfified, everything (all equipment and used installation materials) will have the manufacturer warranty as specified by the manufacturer. Litecom will communicate with the supplier/manufacturer if any defects willl surface.
